Cheeeeeeeeesecake is in the oven.
:| I mixed the batter by hand cause my electric is out of commission.. Almost broke my whisk, haha its bending out of shape.
It’s a little lumpy, but it’ll turn out okay.
Put it IN the water bath this time instead of on top and reduced my temperature to 325F.. it didn’t work out last time.. my cheesecake cracked AND got slightly burned.
It’ll be much better this time.
Maybe I’ll set a picture if I’m not too lazy.
Just took it out and the cheesecake looks VERY good! I just put it into the fridge and its cooling down at the moment.. might crack my cheesecake, but whatever its for the fam. The lumps rose to the top also eh, whatever.
While waiting for the cheesecake to bake, I floured chicken then fried it, made a sauce with this thai spicy sweet chili sauce, some red devil hot sauce, garlic powder and butter. Made a slurry with corn starch to thicken the sauce then coated my chicken.. twas pretty good with some left over bleu cheese dip I had left..
